There are three small Zombies Maps for all editions of Call of Duty Black Ops II. Some of the known locations are just states or country so the pin on the map might not be exact. What I do is change the name of the Usermaps folder when I'm not using Mod Tools. Most Call of Duty maps have locations from exact coordinates to an idea of the location. Maybe delete what you put into the Usermaps Folder? It could be interfering.
